These past few days have been so gross, it’s hard to go out and look the same way you did when you left the house. Hair gets ruined, walking around in a puffer jacket and most likely wearing shoes you’d rather not be caught wearing. Days like today are killer for fashion. I usually gravitate towards a pair of leggings, oversize sweater and boots. Flat boots that can handle rain. With all of that said, this outfit was shot on Monday haha. It was freezing cold but at least I was able to dress cute. I’ve had these polka dot velvet pants for years now, I found them at Free People and fell in love. I will never give them away, I always come around to them and glad when I do. They are ankle length and low rise which I love. It’s definitely hard to find a pair of pants that fit like this and are flattering. I paired them with a sweater that matches the dots and added a pop of color where it matters most, the lips and shoes! I’m so happy that I get such great use out of these shoes. I was nervous I was never going to be able to find anything to wear with them but surprisingly almost anything works.
