I dug out these old, ratty pink shoes that I can't seem to let go of and headed out to the east side of the state with Alison. Our plan was to preview a bridal gown collection. Since a wedding of my own is of little to no interest to me, I like to live vicariously through shows like "Say Yes to the Dress" and watch the crazies debate over the length of a train on a $15,000 dress. I was hoping for that kind of fun seeing this collection, but it was a bit disappointing. So we made the most of our trip and headed to my favorite burger place, Vinsetta Garage and shopped in Birmingham, and then we called it a day!
